Since the inception of the Central Bucks School of Gymnastics in 1973, the Competitive Team has a rich history of success at the state and national levels. Countless gymnasts have placed in the top five at Pennsylvania championship competitions and the team has won several state titles at various levels. In May 2011, Ella Anderson was crowned National All-Around Champion at the Junior Olympic Level 9 Eastern Championships. Five gymnasts have competed at the Elite level. in 1984, Tanya Schuler competed for a place on the United States Olympic Gymnastic Team alongside Olympic All-Around Gold Medal winner Mary Lou Retton.

Many Central Bucks School of Gymnastics gymnasts earn full or partial scholarships and compete at the collegiate level. Through the years, gymnasts have earned full or partial scholarships to the Air Force Academy, Arizona State University, University of Bridgeport, California State University-Fullerton, Cornell University, University of Eastern Michigan, University of Georgia, Kent State University, Ohio State University, Michigan State University, University of Missouri, University of Rhode Island, Temple University, West Chester University, University of Western Michigan, and University of Wisconsin.
